Jeffrey cleaned this piano. This Schafer & Sons was completely grey.
Sometimes these things get too tight, causing the key to stick. This one had glue on it, probably from the factory. Just put a new pin in and call it a day.

Keys break, I fix them
Replacing bass strings can get pricy. I try to use the old ones whenever possible. The force of it breaking actually cleaned this one off!
Yet another frozen pin! Very common in the winter when the humidity rises.
